From the tropical fruit, berry, and pine of the Mosaic in their flagship IPA to the bright citrus flavors of 3+ pounds of Citra per barrel in their Citra Splendor Imperial IPA. Meridian Pint also loves hops! Join us on March 23 at 5 p.m. for the DC release of a new, rotating IPA series from Manor Hill called Hidden Hopyard! A new IPA be released once a month with a fresh recipe that focuses on the flavor and aromatic qualities of hops with massive late and dry-hop additions. Brewer Ben Little’s first offering in the Hidden Hopyard series is a wheat-based IPA that clocks in around 7%. Southern Hemisphere varieties Galaxy, Enigma, and Topaz are featured in the brewing process as well as double dry-hopping!
