This beer has a symphony of flavors that are silky and complex with rye spiciness, fudge, cherry cordial, espresso and coconut cream pie. You’d think that with all of the barrel addition here, it would be a hot mess, but it all comes together in a fairly tame manner. 11.0 % – Available at Epic starting today. Epic – Oak and Orchard Cherry Vanilla: This new barrel aged sour takes on flavors very similar to cherry sorbet with a touch of balsamic vinegar added. this is damn tasty and propbably quite different from most barrel aged sours that you had. 6.5% – Available today, in Epic’s new 32 ounce crowlers.
