The Week Ahead in Beer: Sidetrack unveils 3 new beers for its 5th anniversary

Greetings, New Mexico craft beer lovers. Stoutmeister here with The Week Ahead in Beer. This column covers all the breweries in Bernalillo and Sandoval counties, with Santa Fe’s eight breweries, one in Los Alamos, one in Moriarty, one in Red River, one in Silver City, and one in Truth or Consequences also joining the party.

After a relatively quiet week, this one is going to be a lot busier, as one might have expected. Before we get to the can releases, of which there are several, we wanted to highlight the triple beer release at Sidetrack that is set for this Friday in honor of the brewery’s fifth anniversary. Naturally, like every other brewery that celebrated a “birthday” during the pandemic, there will not be a big party or anything of that sort.
