Beer Infinity Beer, Brewing & Beyond
| Uinta’s 22nd Birthday Suit is finally out. It looks like it went on sale at the brewery mid Friday afternoon. I haven’t seen many tasting notes on it yet, partially due to the the fact that nobody’s had a chance to try it yet since the bottle shop at Uinta isn’t open on the weekends. Well, it should be open today. The Little Big Beer Store is open for the purchase of beer and retail items. Hours: Monday through Friday 12 pm – 6 pm. Get on it!
It’s described as having a playful combination of sour tanginess and subtle dried fruit esters. The sour plum Abby Ale is currently in the fermenter and will likely be released sometime next month. 7.6% ABV – 750ml corked and caged bottle.
